Job Description

Required Skills:

1-3 years of HRIS experience including supporting Workday HCM modules in a production environment - modules including compensation, payroll, absence, schedules, and timetracking.

Experience developing interfaces, reports, and providing configuration support to various Workday Modules

SQL experience

Bachelor's Degree

Possess valid FL Driver's License

Desired Skills:

Prior experience with Peoplesoft HCM

SHRM

Workday Extend experience

Workday Prism Analytics reporting experience

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Workday HRIM analyst for a long term contract opportunity with potential for hire. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale and is on site M-F. We're seeking candidates who have 1-3 years of HRIM analyst experience with at least 1 year of workday HCM experience in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Workday Prism Analytics or Workday extend in addition to basic SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Any experience in public sector is highly desired.
