We're currently seeking someone who brings next-level expertise as a New Home Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to help homebuyers achieve their dreams, we’d love to hear from you.

• Manage community sales and guide prospective homeowners through the buying process
• Communicate with buyers from contract to settlement
• Administer contracts and maintain accurate sales and inventory reporting
• Present model homes, brochures, and marketing materials professionally
• Assist in developing and following up on sales leads
• Ensure accurate representation of homes and communities online and in print
• Represent Mid-Atlantic Builders’ brand, mission, and values with professionalism
• Gather and analyze market trends and competitor activity

• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of new home or real estate sales experience preferred
• Maryland Builder Sales License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Coachable with a desire to continuously learn
• Understanding of real estate and residential construction
