Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or possess a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• I seek individuals with a robust understanding of clinical and financial healthcare messaging.
• Candidates should be well-versed in the messaging formats utilized in healthcare integration, including HL7, EDI, FHIR, CSV, XML, etc.

• I will rely on you to serve as the primary representative of your team in discussions related to planning, design, build, testing, or implementation of initiatives.
• You will act as the first escalation point for initiatives within your team.
• Leading daily status meetings and providing oversight on work will be your responsibility.
• You will manage communications between teams as required to achieve goals.
• Facilitating work sessions and discussions as necessary will be part of your role.
• Acting as a liaison between Integration, end-users, business contacts, or vendors, you will need to understand business needs and communicate requirements and timelines clearly.
• It is your duty to ensure that all necessary documentation, including initiative deliverables and support documentation, is maintained and kept up to date.
• You will uphold and maintain expert knowledge of all technologies specific to your team's job requirements.
• Ensuring that team policies and procedures are functioning as intended is crucial.
• You will lead by example, inspiring others through your commitment to professional growth and embodying our organization’s core values.
• On occasion, you may be required to work outside normal business hours, with extended hours possible during significant implementations or service outages.
• You will ensure that the analysis, design, development, and delivery of integration solutions are completed within specified timeframes.
• Monitoring work dockets and ensuring that intake processes function properly will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Assisting with resource planning and helping management with associate onboarding will be necessary.
• You will participate in interviews and candidate selection.
• Contributing to and providing documentation regarding performance management will be part of your involvement.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
