This opportunity will be with Tools for Humanity Location: San Francisco About The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on Global Head of FP&A to lead our lean but very efficient 2-person team. In This Role You Will Scale and lead a cross-border finance team, overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, accounting, compliance, and risk assessment. Develop and maintain budgets, P&L, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring understanding of revenue and cost drivers. Analyze business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings to drive financial efficiency and growth. Oversee periodic closings, audits, and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing external accounting relationships. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business execution. Monitor KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Communicate strategic goals, financial plans, and results to the board, investors, and key stakeholders. Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth. Ensure effective management of cash, AR, AP, and token assets to meet financial objectives. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology, leveraging insights to inform financial planning and budgeting. About You 10+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a proven track record in FP&A. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a plus. Extensive experience in senior FP&A roles within a high-growth global organization. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial management. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights to leadership. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams. Background in technology or financial services is a plus. Understanding of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and the broader financial ecosystem is also a plus. Pay Transparency The estimated salary for this role ranges from $220k - $260k plus incentives. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
