Talent Acquisition Manager II (6-Month Assignment)

Pay: $38-$57/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Location: Hybrid - 4 days in-office (IRVINE, CA), 1 day remote (schedule subject to change)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring during a 6-month temporary assignment. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, enhance the candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to bring top talent into our client's organization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment in partnership with hiring managers-from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Oversee compliance with internal policies and employment laws
  • Manage job postings across platforms (BambooHR, LinkedIn, brand career pages)
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners, universities, and agencies
  • Support HR team with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (REQUIRED)
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in recruiting
  • CONSUMER GOODS/BRAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • HR certification a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR)
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, compliance, and hiring technology
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, people-first mindset with a professional, can-do attitude
