Job Description This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in office in Colorado Springs three days per week.
Key Responsibilities - Develop performant and maintainable code to solve technical problems in our Firmware development testing environment, using primarily Python
- API integration with various tools and languages including shell scripting.
- Development and implementation of processes for improvement of the automation framework
- In depth traceback analysis for triaging python deployment and test failures
- Participation in scrum team activities
- Work closely with multiple teams to improve overall software environment
Qualifications - Minimum 3 to 5 years of software development experience, preferably in Python and C/C++
- Strong software development lifecycle experience (create/maintain/deploy/unit test)
- Strong experience with docker/container implementation
- Strong experience in API integration with various tools including bash and C/C++
- Strong experience using Git
- Strong Linux experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL
- Very good written/verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required
This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
The salary range is determined by factors such as skills, location and experience: $80,000.00 - $149,000.00

Interview Process: After submitting your application, one of our recruiters will review your resume. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the interview, you will enter the main process, which can consist of up to four interviews in total:
- Coding assessment: Often in a language of your choice.
- Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service (depending on role).
- Real-time problem-solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
- Meet and greet with the wider team.
- Our goal is to finish the main process in 2-3 weeks at most.
