The Birmingham Hilton at UAB is looking for an experienced Breakfast Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to our customers. As a Hilton at UAB Restaurant Breakfast Server, you will enjoy great benefits and awesome perks such as daily free lunch provided to all staff, free covered parking in the hotel garage, awesome employee discounts and our convenient location! 

The Breakfast Restaurant Server will:

• Enjoy creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both great people and delicious food

• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area

• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests
• Inspect all food and beverages for accuracy and presentation before delivering
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
• Complete all opening and closing side work
• Greet and seat customers when needed
• Ensure necessary supplies are stocked

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Basic mathematical skills are required
• Previous serving experience is preferred
