We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Eagle Veterinary Hospital. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. The Practice Manager will partner closely with the medical team to drive operational success, enhance client satisfaction, and support overall practice growth. Key Responsibilities include leadership and staff management, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management, promoting a positive team culture, managing clinic operations including inventory control, vendor relations, and workflow efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to achieve financial goals, overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management, ensuring an exceptional client experience, handling client concerns professionally, supporting team training on client communication, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining a safe and organized facility, and regularly updating clinic protocols. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in veterinary practice management or similar healthcare leadership role, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, proficiency in financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling, and preferred experience with veterinary practice software such as AVImark or Cornerstone.
