Desert Valley Dental is seeking a fun, caring, results-oriented Practice Manager. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for providing high-quality services, emphasizing being a health advocate for our patients.

As a Practice Manager, you are empowered to guide and lead the operations of the Practice in support of the organization’s patient and clinical care, with management and performance objectives. Specifically, this role will be accountable for evaluating the operations and financial performance to determine goals for the Practice’s growth and success, including providing guidance and aiding team members in completing their daily tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manages, leads, and encourages the team to achieve our production goal
• Ensure the practice’s growth goals are consistently being met
• Ensures the practice provides exceptional service to exceed patient’s expectations
• Evaluate operating and financial performance to determine if
• Practice is operating optimally, assessing ways to meet and exceed growth goals, and proposing potential changes to
• Practices to Regional Manager, as necessary
• Oversees daily operations of Practice to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance measurements set forth by and for the practice

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year related experience managing a dental practice is required
• Experience with budgeting & finance management
• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care management
