Simon Bros. Roofing and Solar is seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Outside Roofing and Solar Consultants . If you’re passionate about the environment, customer service, and making a difference, this might be perfect for you!

We’re looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

• Self-Possessed : You thrive independently and are comfortable working in neighborhoods.
• Passionate and Persevering : You have a fire within you to excel and achieve results.
• Comfortable with Roof Inspections : You’ll be inspecting roofs, so being at ease with climbing ladders and assessing damage is essential.
• Effective Communicator : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Client-Focused Approach : You’ll guide homeowners through the claims process, meeting with insurance adjusters and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation : You’ll need these to get around and meet clients.

Responsibilities:

As an Outside Roofing and Solar Sales Consultant , you’ll:

• Conduct roof inspections to identify storm damage in affected neighborhoods.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners.
• Facilitate the claims process from start to finish.
• Represent the Simon Bros. brand positively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Compensation:

This sales position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.
