We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and the ability to manage multicultural teams, including onshore and offshore resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing large-scale Oracle Cloud solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology design discussions for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
• Review or develop integration strategies and technical specifications to ensure alignment with the overall ERP solution.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure project activities meet business and technical expectations.
• Provide implementation options for new system features aligned with strategic business goals.
• Evaluate and implement technical innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
• Define solution footprints during pre-sales, discovery, or proposal activities.
• Work closely with project managers to scope projects accurately, estimating time, resources, and risks.
• Mentor team leads and analysts to build internal capabilities.
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities on Oracle Cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle implementations, including both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud projects valued over $5M, with multiple workstreams.
• Successfully led at least two Oracle Cloud implementations as a Project Manager with project sizes exceeding $3M in fees.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, with exposure to Finance, HCM, and EPM modules.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
