Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time New Home Sales Representative to join our team in the Ocala area. This is an on-site role where you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our homes, and guide clients through the sales process. You'll leverage your knowledge of the local real estate market and home-building processes to close sales while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present and effectively communicate Brite Homes’ value proposition and product vision to potential customers.
• Understand customer goals and challenges to position Brite Homes as the best solution.
• Address objections and secure sales agreements confidently.
• Manage accurate transaction documentation from sales through loans, options, and construction.
• Source and pursue new sales opportunities actively.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to attract new customers.
• Build relationships with local realtors through networking and outreach.
• Meet sales goals efficiently while collaborating with team members.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
• Attend sales and construction meetings to stay informed.
• Conduct business professionally and ethically to uphold company values and enhance goodwill.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Adhere to quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new home sales or real estate.
• Active Real Estate License.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Goal-driven and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
