In this role, you'll help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every donor who walks through our doors—while supporting the global mission of saving lives through plasma-based therapeutics. What You'll Do: As a Medical Screener, you’ll be the first point of contact for our plasma donors, playing a key role in the donor journey by: Greeting donors and creating a welcoming, professional environment Registering donors and reviewing their medical histories Conducting vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature Performing finger sticks to test hematocrit and protein levels Monitoring donors throughout the donation process and responding to their needs Preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment Recording donor data accurately in electronic systems Educating donors on plasma donation, nutrition, and safety best practices Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with FDA, EU, and company guidelines Why This Role Matters: Plasma is used to treat patients with rare and chronic conditions—and every donation counts. Physical Requirements Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking.
