🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems with confidence and skill

• Guide customers through their options and help them make informed decisions

• Mentor plumbing apprentices and lead by example in the field

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, team members, and customers

• Maintain a clean, stocked service truck and a polished professional appearance

• Be part of an on-call rotation (because we’ve got each other’s backs)

• Follow all safety and sanitation best practices—and deliver top-tier service every time

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in residential or mixed service/new construction plumbing

• 2+ years of leadership experience or mentorship

• WV Journeyman license (or willingness to obtain it within 90 days)

• Clean driving record & valid license

• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Pride in your work, attention to detail, and a heart for customers

🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with CPVC, PEX, copper, cast iron, black iron, and other piping materials

• Knowledge of water heaters (standard & tankless), well systems, pumps, and gas system diagnostics

• Familiarity with WV plumbing code and venting design

• Experience in water treatment, drain inspection, jetting, and camera work

• Manufacturer training (Navien, VFD pump controls, etc.)

• Plumbing license in MD or VA
