We're Hiring: Sr. IAM Developer (Hybrid – Plano, TX)

🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior IAM Developer to lead and deliver enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full lifecycle of IAM program development—from roadmap to rollout. If you're passionate about cybersecurity, authentication protocols, and IAM governance, this is the role for you.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Act as the lead subject matter expert for all things IAM.
• Define IAM policies, procedures, and long-term strategy.
• Design, test, debug, and document scalable IAM and PKI solutions.
• Drive implementation of SAML, MFA, and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Engineering.
• Lead proof of concepts, tool selection, and vendor engagements.
• Provide top-tier IAM system support and mentoring to junior staff.

✅ What You Bring:

• 8+ years in IAM with strong Java/J2EE and JavaScript development experience.
• 5+ years with MFA and directory/authentication platforms.
• Proficiency in SAML integrations , access control models, and governance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and decision-making ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced projects.

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience with ForgeRock (AM, DS, IG, IDM) and AWS
• Familiarity with tools like CloudWatch, AppDynamics, DataDog, and Kibana
• Prior work with IAM SaaS implementations
