Human Resources Manager

Salary Range: $86,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
Dynamic Metal Innovations (DMI) is a fast-growing metal fabrication company serving industries like aerospace, telecom, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. We take pride in building custom sheet metal and machined products with precision—and we’re just getting started. With over 30 employees and a second location opening in Texas, we’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and shape the future of our workforce.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone ready to build and lead HR operations from the ground up. As our first in-house HR hire, you’ll oversee all people-related functions—from hiring and onboarding to compliance, culture, and employee development. You’ll be part of a growing leadership team and a trusted advisor to staff and managers across locations.

What You’ll Do
● Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for both PA and TX locations
● Advise leadership and supervisors on HR best practices and employee relations
● Own compliance efforts across state and federal labor laws, OSHA, and internal policies
● Coordinate benefits, leave programs, and compensation support
● Support employee performance, feedback, and development programs
● Travel occasionally to our Texas location to help establish HR processes on-site
● Build and refine HR systems, tools, and documentation as we scale
What You’ll Bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s a plus)
● 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
● Experience as the primary or solo HR lead strongly preferred
● SHRM or HRCI certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
● Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, hiring, and employee relations
● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● Confidence and flexibility to build from scratch in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
