Education BS/BA in Healthcare Informatics, Information Management, Statics, or related field required Master’s Degree Healthcare Informatics, Information Management, Statics, or related field preferred Experience Five years data analysis and information management experience required Two years data analysis in healthcare setting required Qualifications Previous experience risk-adjustment/benchmarking vendors required Analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy required Excellent organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with changing schedule required Effective Oral And Written Presentations Skills Required Ability to prepare concise written reports for variety of audiences required Independent thinker with problem-solving aptitude and drive for further analysis required Ability to work effectively in a team environment required Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (administration, physicians, executive directors, and staff) required Benefits At Valley Health, we believe everyone is a caregiver, and our goal is to create an environment where our caregivers thrive physically, financially, and emotionally.
