How you will create an impact: As the Multinational Global Multinational Market Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for: Working closely with stakeholders across the Multinational Global Network to collect, validate, update systems, and communicate knowledge and insights providing resolution of new developments that impact AIG’s multinational program clients. This includes changes in country regulations, tax, product requirements, local network third party providers, premium exportability, and finance treatment or reinsurance processes. Managing flow of inquiries to MN Insights & Engagement team related to region and product guidelines, requirements, and mandates. Lead and manage critical new MN initiatives across teams, including but not limited to policy highlight sheets, product onboarding, network heat map, ad hoc intelligence requests, addition of new knowledge elements, management of country issues, etc. Provide MN subject matter expert guidance to the global network (Producing Offices, AIG and Network Partner Issuing Offices) and all MN and non-MN functions, aimed to support strategic initiatives, growth strategies, footprint/entity changes, system implementations, process redesign, regulatory changes and PO/IO disputes. Work with local and global subject matter experts to develop and communicate insights and noteworthy developments effectively via country alerts and bulletins to the AIG Multinational community of over 3,000 employees worldwide. Drive communication of network issues. Lead validation, investigation and publication phases of the alerts and bulletins process, leveraging the team’s capabilities to drive items to completion and publication. Work across the team to address needs. Capture real time insights to help clients navigate the complexities of doing business across multiple regulatory jurisdictions and geographies. What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Knowledge of AIG network and end-to-end workflow process is essential Experience in/knowledge of insurance regulatory issues around the world Strong project management skills Strong influencing, communication and writing skills, with the ability to work across multiple areas of the company Experience in the design and\or execution of multinational programs preferred Proactive attitude with problem solving skills Strong execution skills Operations/ Project Management experience Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Power BI skills are a plus.
