Messa Sync is seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all logistics and event details are handled with precision and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the event planning industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and scheduling

  • Prepare materials and supplies for events, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and breakdown

  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements

  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking budgets, preparing reports, and updating event databases

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in an event-related role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
