ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of luxury events ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Guest Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable experience.
Logistical Support: Handle logistics including transportation, accommodation arrangements, and event setup.
Post-Event Tasks: Assist in post-event evaluations and compile feedback to continually improve events.
Budgeting: Support in maintaining event budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and clients.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive event success.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required for events.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to handle unexpected issues with a calm and resourceful approach.
