The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Skills Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis. Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills And Requirements Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience building dashboards in Power BI. Skills: Proficient in data cleaning, fixing structural errors, formatting, removing duplicates, extracting, and discovering patterns. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
