1. Branch Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Southern New Hampshire location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, manage operations, and cultivate strong relationships with contractors and end users. The ideal candidate brings a mix of sales acumen, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations, including sales, inventory, logistics, and team performance
  • Drive revenue and margin growth by supporting outside and inside sales efforts
  • Maintain strong relationships with key contractor and end-user accounts
  • Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and reporting
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team (inside sales, counter staff, drivers)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and local market growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical distribution or a related industry
  • Prior leadership or management experience required
  • Strong understanding of the contractor market and/or end-user purchasing behaviors
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and sales growth targets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

2. Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in Southern New Hampshire. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing a territory focused on electrical contractors and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, facility managers, and industrial end users
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Present and sell a full range of electrical products and value-added services
  • Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Manage a sales pipeline and meet defined sales and margin goals

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within electrical distribution or a related field
  • Familiarity with electrical products, construction timelines, and contractor needs
  • Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • CRM experience preferred
