Our well-organised workshop and strong team culture make us leaders in the field. We are currently seeking a qualified Boilermaker Welder to join our fabrication team. Youll be responsible for producing and assembling quality steel components from technical drawings in both workshop and on-site settings, supporting projects across Australia and internationally. Key Responsibilities Fabricate components from drawings using raw materials and workshop tools. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Mark out, cut, shape, and assemble metal to specified dimensions using bending, folding, and rolling equipment. Weld components using appropriate methods (e.g. MIG, TIG, Stick) in accordance with quality and safety standards. Conduct fit-up, final checks, and QA inspections on completed products. Install fabricated components on-site as required (local and international travel may be involved). Accurately complete job paperwork and QA documentation. Adhere to all relevant WHS and quality standards. Perform other reasonable duties as required, within your skillset and capabilities. Required Qualification and Skills Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking or Welding). Minimum 2 years of trade-related experience. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols. Sound understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and welding processes. Experience working to QA systems and ISO 9001 standards. White Card (for site work). Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
